Profile:
1. Experienced in isolation of HUVECs from human umbilical cord. Effects of Glucose on HUVECs in Type 1Diabetes, Gestational diabetes and normal cells changes in mitochrondrial level.
2. Experienced in the molecular biology research techniques, such as, platelet aggregation assay, FACS, calcium mobilization assay, cAMP and cGMP analysis assay, Vascular endothelial cells mitochondrial potentiality measurement technique, practical experience in stem cell research, Reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction, Antioxidant assay, cell culture, transfection, vascular endothelial cell isolation from umbilical cord, western blotting, luciferase assay, immune-histochemistry, immune-precipitation assay, mouse model (invivo & invitro) research In vivo thrombosis model and other basic molecular technique.
3. Skilled in light, scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM and TEM), confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), and immunocytochemistry for conducting research in all aspects of modern cell biology
4. Efficient in one and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis for proteomic studies and expert in isolation, culture and identification of microorganisms by molecular techniques.
